Your story and where you're going
Whether you are at a crossroads or ready to move with more clarity and intention.
A new role, a new country, a career that no longer fits, or a version of yourself you haven’t quite caught up with yet. We work on your narrative: who you are, what you stand for, how you present yourself – in any language and in any room.

How you operate under pressure
Sometimes you keep running into the same patterns – and you’re not quite sure whether it’s you, the other person, or just the dynamic between you.
Someone feels like constant drama. Or you do, to others. A colleague drives you up the wall and you don’t know why. Cultural misunderstandings that keep resurfacing. Interactions that leave you drained or dismissed. Or you can’t say no, take on too much, and wonder why you are always running on empty. We look at what is actually happening – and find a way through it that doesn’t require anyone to be the villain.

When the environment is the problem
Sometimes it’s not you.
Difficult dynamics, draining relationships, and workplace conflict can make you weary and even doubt your own judgment. Even if you can’t always change the environment, you can change your own response to it – and become less vulnerable to the push and pull around you.
Toxic dynamics · Difficult colleagues · Resilience · Self-protection
And sometimes you don't have to be in crisis to seek support. You just need a structured conversation with someone who has no stake in your choices and knows the right questions to ask.
A note on neurodivergence and sensitivity
I am familiar with the particular challenges that come with ADHD, high sensitivity, burnout, and neurodivergent professional life. I don’t work therapeutically, but I do work with awareness and without judgment, and that sometimes makes all the difference.
Experience
I have particular experience working with professionals in arts, academia, technology, and aerospace; and with women navigating male-dominated fields.
FAQ
Is this therapy?
Therapy looks back – it asks why you learned to hide that part of yourself. What I do asks something different: what would change if you didn’t have to? Practical, structured, focused on what you can actually move.
